• Where is the store based?

  Tennessee, US

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  No. Shipping outside the US is much more expensive and takes an extreme amount of time. It is a possibility in the near future, but at this time we do not.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Bows are made to order - meaning they are made with your order. Depending on how many orders are current, it could take a week to ten days for your order to be made and THEN shipped. One person makes the bows for all orders and sometimes it takes a little while to process.

  Do not order if 7-14 is too long of a wait! Orders are done in the order they are received.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

• What size are your bows?

  Bows are 5 inches wide unless another size is requested. There are pictures of bows on models on the Instagram account if you would like to see one being worn.

• What kind of clips do bows come with?

  Bows come with alligator clips by default. Barrettes may be requested, but they are limited so there is a possibility they will not be used.

• Who runs Bows Down South?

  My name is Kait, and I am the owner of this store. I'm extremely friendly and do not mind if you add me on social networks or contact me. Feel free to email, tweet, message, whatever your heart's content. I'll get back to you ASAP.

• Can bows be 'mixed' ?

  All bows on this site are able to be mixed, meaning they can have the middle section of the bow exchanged for a different pattern or color. I do not mind at all to do this for you, just make sure to put it in your notes section to seller.

• One of your bows is sold out, what do I do?

  Email me through support. I will contact you with when I expect the bow to be back in stock or if I will be carrying it further.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
